From site work and slab through to the final coat of paint — one crew, one schedule, and a project lead who picks up the phone.
Home Construction
Building a house is mostly a scheduling problem wearing a construction hat.
The materials aren't complicated. What separates a build that finishes on time from one that drags for an extra six months is sequencing — having the plumber on site the day after the slab cures, having windows on the ground before the roof dries in, catching a framing error before the drywall covers it.
We build a small number of homes at a time on purpose. It means the person who walked your lot and drafted your budget is the same person on site during framing, and the same person who hands you the keys. Nothing gets relayed through three layers of office staff.
You'll get a written phase schedule at the start and an update every week: what got done, what's next, and anything that moved. Draws are tied to completed phases, not to the calendar, so you're never paying ahead of the work.
What's included
Lot prep, drainage, and an engineered slab poured to the geotech report for your specific soil.
Framing to plan, roof, windows and doors — the phase where getting it right saves the most money later.
Plumbing, electrical and HVAC laid out for how the house will actually be lived in, then inspected before close-up.
Spray foam or batt to spec, then drywall, texture and a level finish that holds up to Texas humidity swings.
Cabinetry, counters, tile, trim, paint and fixtures — the same finish standard as our remodel work.
Every permit pulled and every inspection scheduled and attended by us, not by you.
How it works
We walk the lot, review your plans, and build an itemised budget before anyone signs anything.
Plans through the city or county, and a written phase schedule you'll be able to track against.
Slab, frame, dry-in, rough-in, insulation, drywall, finish — each signed off before the next starts.
A full punch walkthrough, documented fixes, then a warranty period with a direct line to us.

Either. Plenty of clients arrive with an architect's set; others start with a rough idea and we bring in a draftsman. We'll tell you honestly what a set of plans will cost to build before you get attached to it.
Most of our builds run 7–12 months from slab to keys, depending on size, finish level and how quickly selections get made. Slow selections are the single most common cause of delay.
Draws are tied to completed and inspected phases — not to dates. You're never paying for work that hasn't happened.
We build on land you already own. We're happy to walk a lot you're considering and flag drainage, access or slab issues before you buy.
