Almost every failed bathroom we're called to rip out failed in the same place: behind the tile.
A bathroom is a wet room pretending to be a dry one. Tile and grout are not waterproof — the membrane behind them is. When a shower leaks two years after a remodel, it's rarely the tile that failed; it's a pan that wasn't sloped right, a niche that wasn't sealed, or a membrane that stopped an inch short.
So we build the invisible part properly. Sloped mortar beds, bonded waterproof membranes carried up the walls, corners and niches detailed and flood-tested before a single tile goes on. It adds a day. It's the difference between a bathroom that lasts and one that gets redone.
On top of that we'll fit the room out the way you actually use it: a vanity at the right height with drawers that clear the plumbing, lighting that doesn't put your face in shadow, ventilation sized for the room, and storage that isn't an afterthought.

Yes, and it's one of our most common requests. It usually involves moving the drain and rebuilding the floor slope, which is straightforward when it's planned in rather than improvised.
Where it needs it. Once we're down to studs we'll show you anything we find — rotten framing, old galvanised supply lines, missing blocking — and price the fix before carrying on.
Our craftsmanship warranty covers the installation for two years and materials carry their manufacturer warranty. The flood test result is documented for your records.
