Roof Repair

Leak tracing, storm damage and full replacements — with the decking checked, not just the shingles.

Central Texas roofs take hail, high summer heat and sudden wind, and most of what we get called to is a roof that has been patched around the symptom rather than the cause. We trace the leak to its actual entry point, check the decking underneath, and tell you honestly whether it is a repair or a replacement.

We work across Taylor, Hutto, Round Rock, Georgetown and Austin, and every job is permitted through the right city office rather than done quietly. One project lead, one number to call, and a written schedule you can hold us to.

What's included

Everything in a roof repair

Leak tracing

Finding where water actually enters, which is rarely where it appears inside, and checking the decking and framing for existing damage.

Storm and hail assessment

A documented condition report with photographs, written so it is useful if you are making an insurance claim.

Repairs

Shingle, flashing, valley and penetration repairs, including the boots and pipe collars that fail long before the field does.

Full replacement

Tear-off to deck, deck repair where needed, new underlayment, drip edge, valley metal and shingles, with the old material hauled away.

Ventilation and flashing

Ridge and soffit ventilation balanced properly, and step and counter flashing done correctly where the roof meets a wall.

Questions

Good to know before we start

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly — we usually reply the same day.

Age and extent decide it. A localised failure on a roof with years left is a repair. Widespread granule loss, cracked or curling shingles across multiple slopes, or a second layer already in place means replacement. We will show you photographs of what we found either way.

We can document the damage properly — dated photographs, a written condition report and a scope of work your adjuster can read. We do not negotiate the claim for you, and be wary of anyone who offers to.

Most single-family roofs are a one to two day tear-off and re-lay once materials are on site, weather permitting. Decking repairs found during tear-off can add a day.

Bruising often is not visible from the ground and sometimes not from the driveway either. It is worth an inspection after a significant storm even if nothing is leaking, because the damage shortens the roof's life quietly.
